Comfortable, lightweight, and extremely well-built. Very happy for the day I cut the shoelace and went "pull on" with my safety shoes. Was a little bit nervous due to being made in Vietnam but was seriously impressed after receiving them.General as expected, but ABSURD sizing. Feels like 2 sizes up. Sadly, just too much of a hassle to return and pay the fees from where I am. Not happy with that. Quick fix with an extra pair of insoles and still it is huge. The european size 42 fits like a 43 in lenght and like a 44 in space. Which is a pity, because otherwise they seem and wear ok. Made in Vietnam though, as already noted. Expected the leather to look more premium.Edit: September 2021Since they were so expensive I have slowly put them to use, with 2 extra insoles and some thicker socks .. and still enormous.. and dangerous and prone to ankle twists..exactly what safety shoes should not be about. But as the sole looked proper and the ease of use of the style, I went for it. What a disappointment!! Disgusted with the quality. After one afternoon walking over some wood pile, the toes got rubbed off.. awful peeling that no leather shoes nor boots I ever had before suffered from. It just looks false and poor poor quality. Even a good leather repair cream did nothing to fix it. And this was not harsh use. Was in an hour walking over tree logs. I have used it a few other times, but they just look bad, especially because overall they still look good. For the price, I have to downgrade it to one star. If they had cost me around 25 pounds, I would find it acceptable.. but 100+ plus?? Shame shame shame Blundstone. Biergh.I got the boots yesterday afternoon, I wore them at home during the evening and today to check the fit. Went for a walk this evening to the supermarket and back and I found a hole in the leather! Seriously... those are, in theory, working boots and get a hole on the leather in just 20 minutes walk on the street??? I even can understand how that happened, I have plenty of leather boots and shoes, dress, casual, hiking, working and this never happened to me. Seems like the leather is too soft. Definitely rubbish quality for a boot, even more for a working boot!Iv been wearing Blundstone boots for work for last ten years, this the third pair so far ,comfy fit ,water proof ,wide fit to just an all round brilliant work boot ,you may think there pricier than other boot but when your wearing them 9-10 hours a day you will be glad you payed the extraSimply put, these boots are the most comfortable that ive owned in 20 years of construction. I only received boots yesterday and im hoping they will last. The quality is very good. Better then DM's , site and dewalt brand boots.Im a size 10 and have a wide foot. These babies fitted straight out of the box without any rubbing or tightness.Well chuffedThese boots are absolutely unbelievable for site work. Easy on easy off and so hard wearing. I’ve only bought these boots since being persuaded to buy them 5 years ago. In that time I’ve only had 5 pairs which is unbelievable for a bricklayer. I definitely wouldn’t buy any other make including the ones from reputable makers. They are a perfect fit even with thick socks on and I have wide feet.
