Runs small. Size upIn and around pool as well as during certain exercisesI really loved these. They are cute and comfortable. They kept my feet safe from sharp mush rocks. But can still feel a little bit but still protected.I like to use water shoes for all terrain walking, with inner soles. With these shoes, the slight lift the inner soles give, the shoe slides in the back, bothering my heel. It only happens with the left shoe. So, it may be the shape of my foot, or just a slightly defective shoe. Otherwise, they are very comfortable.These shoes are great. When we are out on the boat, there is no slipping or sliding.My favorite thing is when you are on land ,they look suitable for shopping or casuallunch, and your feet won't hurt. I found that I needed to size up.They fit well, and the best feature is the capacity to drain easily of water. They dry fast, and have been holding up very well, using them every week for at least 3 to 4 times since I purchased them.Really great water shoes!!! I purchased these to swim in Cancun and at the water parks. I was in the water for hours and they were very comfortable and secure the entire time. Definitely recommend!Bought these for a cruise and had my in-laws buy some too. They held up great for the rocky beaches we visited and as a bonus they are perfect for washing the car.
